WhatsApp news, Halo Infinite reviewed, and we talk smart home - Pocket-lint podcast ep. 133

WhatsApp has announced an extension of its disappearing messages feature, whereby sent items in individual chats can be set to expire after 24-hours or longer. Pocket-lint’s features editor, Britta O’Boyle, joins the podcast to explain how to use it and how it can help.

Stuart then talks to the co-founder of Lithe Audio AV and Retrotouch Lighting, makers of smart lighting and in-ceiling speakers. He discusses the many challenges facing us all in a smart home.

And finally, Pocket-lint’s senior news editor, Rik Henderson, reviews the return of Master Chief in the guise of Halo Infinite. It was delayed for a year, so is it worth the extended wait?

00:43 - Britta details the WhatsApp announcement

05:31 - Interview with Amit Ravat, co-founder of Lithe Audio and Retrotouch
