Jay Horley

Jay Horley has worked professionally in the health and fitness industry for 8 years. He has conducted 10,000 personal trainer hours.

He has moved into education and now educates personal trainers in Hong Kong and Singapore. 

He was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic at 14 years of age. 

He manages his Type 1 Diabetes using the carnivore diet and has seen a dramatic improvement in his health - recovering from various health conditions such as nutritional deficiencies, bacterial Overgrowth and an intestinal infection.
