Trevor Hendy

Trevor Hendy first came to our awareness as a professional surf life saver who won four World Ironman and six Australian Ironman titles.

These days Trevor provides inspiration, food for thought, and helps people explore avenues to great personal change for the soul, mind and body. As he says “We all have so much to offer each other so why live your second best life?”

Join us as Trevor shares with us:

* Our true caring, welcoming essence.

* The importance of letting go.

* The concept of sacred geometry.

* There is no certainty, nothing is promised.

* The path to self-love and forgiveness.

I’ll also ask Trevor:

* Where it is we truly want to get to.

* How does competition fit in with the realisation that we're source energy?

* What common catalysts there are for people to make a change.

* How do people navigate thinking about what people think of them.

Trevor's inspirational emotional intellect is on full display in this episode, and shines with quotes like these:

“It is the most beautiful thing you can ever experience, to forgive somebody else.”

“The only part of you that wants a promise or a guarantee is the part of you that’s fearful that you’ll be nothing without it.”
