I have to preface this by saying that when it comes to wellbeing I am a work in progress. (ie I really don't have much of an idea at all). However, I am making a concerted effort to learn about how I can make myself healthier both mentally and physically and slowly slowly I'm hoping to incorporate more and more good habits into my life.
