Many questions arose as to why in 'The Keepers' Sharon May suggested she just didn’t think she had enough to convict him with charges… more on this later. When criminal charges were going nowhere, two women, who choose to keep their identity secret, came forward to sue in civil court: Jane Doe and Jane Roe.
