Hvor sætter vrede, angst og bekymringer sig fysisk i vores krop? Og hvordan kan vi blive bedre til at lytte til vores krop? 


Martin er Founder af BAM kropsterapi og træning, forfatter og kropsterapeut - og har behandlet mange tusindevis af mennesker igennem hans mangeårige virke indenfor krops terapien. 


Martin deler sin holistiske tilgang til mennesker sundhed og naturligvis også some egne rutiner og Health hacks. 


Martin har siden 1997 behandlet personer med alle tænkelige former for skavanker. Han har specialiseret sig inden for skadesbehandling - såsom piskesmæld, nakkesmerter, dårlig ryg, frosne skuldre, menstruationssmerter mv. Derudover behandler Martin klienter, der mangler energi og overskud, med fokus på at forbedre den enkeltes livsstil.

Martin har gennem flere år arbejdet med at få sine klienter til at ændre deres livsstil efter individuelle programmer, hvor der blandt andet arbejdes med redskaber som kost, udrensning og motion. 

Martin Mogensen anskuer i det hele taget kroppen, som en helhed og forsøger at påvirke både folks fysiske og psykiske tilstand.
