Learning to love food again: My Mouth Cancer Story

Season 6, Ep. 2

TW - suicidal thoughts

Laura Marston was told that she had stage 4 tongue cancer, and would need almost her entire tongue removed as a result. During lockdown, she then decided to turn her experiences into something positive and wrote a cookbook for people with mouth cancer, so that they can help rediscover foods they love too.

You can read Laura's cookbook for free here: https://theswallows.org.uk/library-item/lauras-im-dizz-cook-book-eating-with-confidence/
