25. How to break faulty thinking and manage unpleasant emotions with Dr Joan Rosenberg

In today's episode, we explore what living an emotionally authentic life looks like with leading clinical psychologist, Dr Joan Rosenberg! It was a special recording as I teamed up with The Arts Club to record this live with an audience. Thanks for joining everyone! During this chat, we learn about the gifts unpleasant emotions can bring, breaking faulty thinking patterns, grief, imposter syndrome and why anxiety is usually a cover-up. Dr Rosenberg is a highly regarded expert in emotional and mental health, master clinician, trainer and consultant. Her new book, 90 Seconds to a Life You Love introduces ‘the Rosenberg reset’, a technique to manage the eight unpleasant emotions we all experience and explains how understanding the biochemistry of our emotional reactions, has the power to free us. (Highly recommend getting, I didn't put it down).
