Ep. 290 - Cally Beaton

Cally Beaton is a stand-up comedian best known for her regular appearances on QI and The Apprentice: You’re Fired, as well as featuring on Live At The Apollo, Pointless Celebrities, Richard Osman’s House of Games and The Blame Game. Cally only started her stand-up career at the age of 45 having perviously held senior management positions at some of the biggest media companies in the world - she was Senior Vice President at the US studio giant ViacomCBS, but she quickly cemented her position as one of the most exciting and original new stand-ups in the country. She is a regular on BBC Radio 4 on The Now Show, The Unbelievable Truth, Saturday Live and Museum Of Curiosity. She is also a regular contributor on Radio 5 Live, Times Radio and BBC London. Cally hosts the podcast Namaste Motherf**kers, the only podcast where the worlds of comedy, self-help and business collide. Cally has written for The Guardian and The Financial Times.

Cally Beaton is guest number 290 on My Time Capsule and chats to Michael Fenton Stevens about the five things she'd like to put in a time capsule; four she’d like to preserve and one she’d like to bury and never have to think about again .
