Japan has one of the lowest crime rates in the world. In a nation with one of the highest populations, it recorded only 440 homicides in 2014 and a conviction rate of an astonishing 99%. However, until 2005, the statute of limitation for murder was only 15 years. Because of this, some murder cases have never been solved which makes them mysteriously listed….
