He has extensive experience from working in six IVF clinics, including six years as Senior Embryologist and Harvard Instructor at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA.

Kirsty Crompton MBA is Director of Business Development, Reproductive Medicine EMEA at Cryoport. Cryoport provide temperature-controlled logistics for IVF and surrogacy.
