Episode 144 - How to find harmony and intrinsic joy with Zach Fairbanks and Jojo Fraser

It's time for a mojo injection, jump in and feel lighter.  This week, Jojo and Zach talk all things harmony, finding joy and staying grounded.  

Zach is co founder of Wellbeing in your office ,a qualified Mindfulness Meditation teacher and also holds the rank of 5th Dan in Aikido at the World Headquarters Aikikai. Zach has been practicing Aikido for over 35 years and has travelled to the Headquarters in Tokyo Japan several times for regular instruction. Zach says ‘Aikido is a training system for mind and body. It has martial, spiritual, mental and physical fitness benefits’. There are many principles to be learnt and discovered though constant practice that can be applied in many situations of work and life – Connection over Attachment, Harmony, Centring and Shoshin – beginners mind.’

Zach and his partner Gosia (a Yoga and meditation teacher and Co Founder of Wellbeing in Your Office) realised that more people need to practice wellbeing in their daily lives,especially at work. It was also clear that businesses need to incorporate wellbeing in the way they manage and drive their teams. Otherwise, people will be miserable and (in the end) we all want happy people as happy people work better and live better.
