Episode 157 - Nomophobia - finding small joys screen free with Jojo Fraser

It's time for a mojo injection, jump in and feel lighter.  This week Jojo shares her uncut thoughts around nomophobia and some practical tips in terms of how she has ignored those twitching hands and found small joys recently that are 100% screen free.  This episode as always encourages us to keep it real and add plenty of self compassion into the mix.  The goal - to judge less and live more.
