Episode 104 - How to feel alive and at peace (plus a live wild swim and meditation) with Bernadette Petrie and Jojo Fraser

We enjoy a live wild swim in this raw and real episode and talk all things feeling alive and at peace.  Join us on the beach for a mojo injection. There are no gremlins in nature (wisely said by my wonderful guest)!

In 2010 Bernadette Petrie was admitted to the Glasgow Priory, suffering from what doctors were calling a manic episode. It was day five of an intensive, emotional roller-coaster journey which had terrified Bernadette and left her mentally and physically exhausted. That evening, Bernadette, experienced what she refers to as a spiritual awakening, and so began her long, slow journey of recovery.

Bernie is a life coach, author of Permission to Shine in 60 thoughts and she runs The Barefoot Sanctuary Wellness Centre in North Berwick, Scotland.  The Barefoot Sanctuary offers a space for emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing through a range of mindful experiences.
