#10 - Dr Marie-Helene Pelletier PHD, Resilience & Burnout Expert

Marie-Helene Pelletier is a practicing resilience and anxiety psychologist, and senior leader, with over 20 years of experience in clinical, counseling, and workplace psychology. One of her key areas of focus is leadership resilience. She is bilingual, holds a PHD in counseling psychology from the University of British Columbia, and an MBA from the UBC School of Business.


Nick Bracks joins Marie-Helene to discuss workplace psychology, how we can all become more resilient, and strategies to avoid burnout.
