#8 - Malcolm Stern: Psychotherapist

Nick Bracks joins Malcolm Stern to discuss finding purpose and inner peace, and how we can all better ourselves. Drawing on 30+ years of experience as a psychotherapist, author and presenter, along with the grief he experienced after his daughter Melissa’s suicide in 2014, Malcolm is a true thought leader in metal well-being.

Malcolm has worked as a group and individual psychotherapist for more than 30 years. He is the Executive Director and co-founder of Alternatives at St James’s Church Piccadilly in London, and runs groups internationally. He is the author of Falling in Love / Staying in Love (2004), was co-presenter of Channel 4’s relationship series ” Made for Each Other’ in 2003 & 2004, and sailed on the ” Rainbow Warrior ” with Greenpeace in the 1980s. Malcolm's latest book, Slay Your Dragon’s With Compassion, is an accumulation of ‘psycho-spiritual’ wisdom he has gained over many years.
