#6 - Dr Craig Hassed: Mindfulness Expert

Associate professor Dr Craig Hassed has been working in mindfulness based stress management, mind-body medicine, meditation, health promotion, integrative medicine and medical ethics for over 20 years, and is one of the most sought after experts in this field, globally. Craig has published 10 books, has been instrumental in introducing a variety of innovations into medical education and practice in Australia, and overseas, and was the founding president of the Australian teachers of mediation association. 


Nick joins Craig in this episode to discuss the current state of mental health in society, the science behind mindfulness, and how we can all take back control, and improve our mental well-being.
