In our darkest moments it can be comforting to know that calling emergency services can render assistance quickly, there are hundreds of published calls of young children calling when their parents have fainted, there have been babies born on the sides of roads, but here, we will look at those devastating calls and how they were managed. We are looking at a variety of different crimes and disappearances to show how a dispatcher can make or break a case, and how they manage the person on the other end of the phone.
