It is a program for employers to support working parents. Jess was preparing to launch Ahmni Co. when COVID-19 hit, and she quickly shifted gears to help essential healthcare workers with emergency childcare relief. She is a mom that gets things done!! Kimmy and Jess talk about how the pandemic has forced a conversation about the issues working parents face and how to create a system that supports new moms.
