Kevin Cooper was found guilty and sentenced to death for the horrific crime. After his conviction, many questions were raised about his involvement.
On death row since the 80’s, many people have spoken out on behalf of Kevin and their belief in his innocence. This week we will discuss the crime that put him in prison, the evidence that put him there, and what evidence is disputed.
Is Kevin Cooper guilty? Or is the state of California keeping an innocent man on death row? The one thing we know for sure about this case, is there aren’t many clear cut answers.
No matter what side of the issue you find yourself on, this case is extremely controversial and raises questions about the death penalty in the United States.
