Contact Tour’s modus operandi is to establish communications with Extraterrestrial and Non-Human Terrestrial intelligences, utilizing prototype protocols developed by CSETI, Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence. Our organization wishes to emphasize the past dominance of militarism and paranoia is not the framework for approaching this subject.
