Episode 5 of My Worst Day features former Leinster, Munster and Ireland back-row Niall Ronan. As many of you will know, Niall's rugby career was cut short by injury and, while he touches on this, his worst day comes from a game back in 2008.

The Meath man also touches on reintegrating into the dressing room with his local GAA club - St. Colmcille's - and very quickly taking on a leadership role there, in spite of having been away for many years.
