Finding the courage to finally put pen to paper!

Writing a book is something many people would love to do but only those with true grit have the courage to put pen to paper and release their work to the world. Although she spent many years teaching in Ireland and Zambabwe and a stint working in advertising in London best selling author Roisin Meaney decided to stop thinking about writing a book and in 2001 she went for it.  Here she discusses the journey from having a desire to write to actually going for it. The highs and lows of her career, why it's important to be grateful for 3 good things in your day and how time to oneself to walk is the best way to start a morning.
