The Unbreakable Mark Pollock

The world went dark for Mark Pollock at the age of 22 when he lost his sight refusing to let this stop him from achieving his goals he set out to become the first blind man to complete a race to the south pole, then in 2010 a fall from a second story window which nearly killed him left him paralysed again he refused to let this stop him from living life to the full. He has dedicated his life to motivating and empowering others to achieve their goals in his work as a motivational speaker and he is also determined to find a cure to paralysis in his life time and continues to break down misconceptions surrounding people living with a disability. The unbreakable Mark Pollock joined Sinéad for Monday motivation.
