Everything is Peachy! Sharon Keegan CEO of Peachy Lean

Life wasn't always peachy for Sharon Keegan, in 2015 at her lowest suffering post natal depression after the birth of her son Liam she found out she was being made redundant. Feeling lost she found solace at the gym and the idea for her successful gym wear Peachy Lean was born. Today she is celebrating being featured in British Vogue magazine. Hear how she found the strength to keep going during really tough times and how positive affirmations help keep her in the right mindset.
