Medical card patients being turned away by some dental practices

Deputy Fergus O'Dowd discusses this latest development whereby medical card patients are being asked to pay privately for their treatment or else move to another dentist. The Fine Gael TD also discusses his concern over the recent incident of a yellow plume from Premier Periclase
