The Michael Reade Show Monday December 9th 2019

Today: The FAI has been invited to an emergency Oireachtas Sport Committee meeting on Wednesday . The chairman of that committee is local deputy Fergus O’ Dowd who joined us in studio this morning as pressure mounts on Minister Ross to ensure that the game at grassroots level can continue to be funded. Also today: Legislation proposing the mandatory carrying of dog litter bags, Sinn Fein bringing forward legislation that would put a freeze on rents and we heard from residents concerned about the proposed N2 Ardee to Casteblayney road scheme.
