Today: We discussed the British proposals for a Brexit deal which don’t meet the agreed objectives of the backstop agreement, calls for the state pension to be increased by seven euro in next week’s budget, and should there be longer sentences for knife crime? We also heard from parents of Colaiste Lu in Dundalk after they took their protest to Dail Eireann yesterday.
