TY students from Sophie Keegan and Caitlin O Higgins from Eureka Secondary school were appalled to find a small waist challenge and what I eat in a day trends on social media plaftorm Tik Tok so they decided to challenge these extremely damaging un realistic 'ideal body' types promoted by the site in the hopes of inspiring change. Their project 'Tik Tok's ideal body makes starving a hobby' was selected to be featured as part of the Young Social Innovators virtual roadshow happening this week.
