It's not everyday you hear about a podcast for teens tackling issues like mental health, covid and social issues hosted by a 17 year old! Amelhyne O Reagan Fairneau told Sinéad that she was inspired to set up the podcast 'Talk about it' after 2 young people in her local community committed suicide. She feels more needs to be done to break down the stigma surrounding mental health issues and she is proud to be providing a platform for teens to open up about issues that affect them.
