Michael Mc Cormack Oesophageal cancer journey

In 2013 Michael Mc Cormack from Navan experienced difficulty swallowing and after consulting with his GP and being referred for a scope he was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer, this form of cancer affects a huge number of the population and Michael stressed the need for early detection. He explained how he dealt with the diagnosis, the surgery he needed and how the OCF were a life line to him and his family and urged us to support their lollipop month long campaign to raise funds to keep their vital services operating
