Irish heart failure awareness week

With over 2,700 people in Louth and 3,600 in Meath living with a heart failure diagnosis the Irish heart foundation is encouraging people to avail of the range of supports available and not to face this diagnosis alone. Lucinda Mc Nearney from Irish heart foundation discussed what a heart failure diagnosis means and what supports are in place.
