Helping teens overcome anxiety and stress
In response to the increase in demands placed on youth mental health services and due to the fact that there is a huge increase in the amount of young people experiencing mental health issues and depression, life and personal development coaches Susan Mullen of the Thrive project and Jennie Cruise came together to form foundations for life which run mental fitness and emotional resilience programmes in schools and sporting organisations. They are inviting parents to an important workshop designed to help parents support young people as they work through anxiety and stress. Thrive project founder life coach Susan Mullen explained what the course is all about.
