Coeliac food producer Aileen Markey frustrated at Free From aisles!

Aileen Markey coeliac and founder of Unglu-d gluten free food emailed Sinéad to express her frustrations at supermarkets selling 'free from' gluten products next to products without dairy, nuts containing gluten, she feels a lack of education around cross contamination, a misconception around a lack of market for GF products has resulted in these products being lumped in together. Aileen had a lot to say about this issue
