Claire Twomey ongoing battle with covid 19 and her mission to help other survivors

Imagine being told you have tested positive for covid 19. imagine the anxiety and worry then imagine watching helplessly as your mother gets taken to ICU also struck down with covid 19. It's 3 months to the day that Claire Twomey from Ashbourne tested positive for covid 19 and she still feels long lasting effects of the virus. She wants to help others in the same situation and is setting up Ireland's only covid support group. She shared her story with Sinéad
