Sinéad's 2,000 squat challenge

Today on 11-1 Sinéad invited CEO of Women's aid Sarah Benson on the show to discuss the 2,000 squat challenge they are running to help raise funds for the women and children suffering and living in fear as a result of domestic violence, Sinéad surprised Sarah by signing up for the challenge for the month!
