Why are restrictions for new parents still in place at Limerick's maternity hospital?

Restrictions are still in place the maternity hospital in Limerick for new born dad's when their child is born. Anne Marie spoke to Fianna Fáil Minister Niall Collins about this who has raised this issue with government and asked questions as to why visiting restrictions are in place, even if parents are vaccinated.
