Planning permission for a large scale Limerick housing development denied for a 2nd time

An Bord Pleanala has refused planning permission for the second time for a large-scale strategic housing development in Limerick. The development, part of which would have reached 10 storeys high, was planned for a brownfield site close to the city centre.  Live 95's Nigel Dugdale joins Joe to tell us more...
