O'Connell Street works delayed until mid June

The completion of the O'Connell Street works has been further delayed until mid-June. Retailers are saying that the works are turning customers away from Limerick. Live 95 Nigel Dugdale has been speaking to Jacqui Franklin of Franklins Shoe Repairs on O'Connell Street. Joe is also joined by Labour Cllr Conor Sheehan to discuss.
