Limerick rent is up 400 euros per month when compared to last year

According to Limerick Chamber’s rental monitor, the average rent in Limerick is up four hundred euros a month when compared to this time last year.  Sean Golden Chief Economist with Limerick Chamber joins Joe to tell us more.
