Holding healthcare providers accountable, w/ Janet Keane of Callan Tansey Solicitors
Why is there an unwillingness on the part of healthcare providers, to accept when mistakes are made? Or to apologise even when a case is proven? This is something very much highlighted recently by the cervical campaigner Vicky Phelan. She uncovered a scandal and had to pursue things legally at a time when she also had to focus hugely on her health because she was terminally ill. We were joined by Janet Keane from Callan Tansey Solicitors Limerick.
