Hello, How are you? is a Mental Health Promotion Campaign aimed at creating a greater awareness & understanding of mental health.  We are being encouraged to ask this small question because having a conversation can have a big difference in someone’s life.  The campaign kicks off today March 30th and Claire Flynn Development officer in Limerick for Mental Health Ireland joins Joe to tell us more.
