Former Mayor Councillor discusses the future of Foynes Rail Line

Joe is joined by former Mayor Councillor Daniel Butler after Irish Rail held meetings with representatives of Limerick Council about its proposed works as part of the Foynes Rail Line reopening. Before this, Cllr Butler reacted to the news of Arthur's Quay Shopping Centre going to the market as Michael Tiernan plans his retirement.
