Long before his time Philip Heary Jnr went to meet his maker this week. A well known and loved man in Kells, Meath, the Northeast and beyond, the outpouring of grief and love for Philip bears testament to his universal popularity. In September 2019, following a prolonged stay in hospital and a life threatening battle with sepsis, Phillip joined Gerry Kelly on Late Lunch for what turned out to be an emotional conversation that offers an insight into the man that was Philip Heary - May he Rest in Eternal Peace...
