Living with HIV today is vastly different to those living with it 30 years ago. Science and medicine have dramatically improved prognosis of those diagnosed. So much so that it doesn't have any impact on your daily life whatsoever. Having said that, very little research includes the affect on women (quelle surprise), and interestingly women later on in life. On top of that, we explore cultural nuances of HIV and why this fundamental to treatment.
