Reinvent Yourself And Chase Your Dreams with Alison Hall

Is there anything you've always wanted to do but ended up postponing forever? As women, we are accustomed to being problem solvers and caring for many things (including others) before ourselves. Although there's nothing wrong with it, and we can find joy in building a safe space for us and our people, that mindset might get us stuck.

In this episode, I'm so excited to be joined by the wonderful Alison Hall, the Change Agent Coach. After a lifetime of "doing what she was supposed to," including roles in investment management, audit, training, and senior-level recruiting and placement in over 25 years in corporate, Alison decided to start her own thing. She succeeded at it and then did it again, and again, and again, creating successful fitness, logistics, real estate investment, divorce mediation, and litigation support businesses in the process.

Using her experience in business, marketing and sales, processes and systems, and human behavior, Alison helps other women become their own Change Agent Coaches by identifying their dream lives and bringing their big ideas to life.

Throughout this episode, we learn about Alison's background and decision to take the leap of faith, start her own business, and inspire other women to turn their hobbies into profitable businesses. We also discuss the importance of planning, finding the right people to help us grow our business, dealing with the "unfunny" part of starting your own thing, and more.

Tune in to Episode 103 of the Joy Found Here podcast to hear more about how to be your own Change Agent and reinvent your life, regardless of where you are at in your career.
