In this episode, I'm joined by an Emotional Intelligence Educator, the fantastic Ash Val. Growing up with a paraplegic father, Ashley got curious about how the body works, its fragility, and what leverages health. Her curiosity turned into an obsession for learning everything she could about building a healthy lifestyle, and she became a personal trainer. Yet after a decade of exercising, eating healthy, and sleeping well, Ashley realized she overlooked a crucial element of overall health: emotions.
