It Is Never Too Late To Find Joy In Who You Really Are with Felicity Nicole

If you are in a dark place or trying to get out of one, there are two things you must know for sure: it is never too late to restart, and you are not alone.

In this episode, I'm joined by the inspiring Felicity Nicole, an Author, Speaker, Mentor, and Coach for midlife women who experienced domestic violence or any other form of abuse. After a childhood filled with bizarre domestic violence situations, Felicity repeated her mother's steps and married an abusive husband. After she escaped the toxic bond that linked her to her ex-husband, Felicity created a sisterhood, the She is You network for midlife women.

Throughout this episode, we delve into Felicity's story, traumatic childhood, and desire to build a safer space for herself and other women in similar situations. She shares how writing started as part of her to-do list and became crucial to her healing process and a more positive and hopeful way of seeing life. We also discuss the importance of community, positive reinforcement and validation, and more.
