How A Journey to Mt. Everest Changed Her Life with Michelle Hill

In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by Michelle Hill. Seven years ago, Michelle found herself in Nepal climbing to the Everest Base Camp, from what began as a challenge she set for herself but resulted in a life-changing experience. This trek was the hardest thing Michelle had ever done in her life but it left her feeling physically and mentally revitalized. Since this experience, Michelle has lived by the mantra: I am strong, I can do this. Through her company, HealthBiz Coaching, Michelle mentors and supports other business owners to overcome stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed.
