#241) Power for Job Seekers | Tiziana Casciaro

What does power really mean? How does it affect you as a job seeker? Did we fail the job application because of lack of power?

Today, I brought on Tiziana Casciaro, a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Rotman School of Management of the University of Toronto.

Tiziana Casciaro’s research on interpersonal and organizational networks and power dynamics has received distinguished scientific achievement awards from the Academy of Management and has been covered in the New York Times, CNN, Fortune, and TIME.

She advises organizations and professionals across industries and has been recognized by Thinkers50 as a management thinker most likely to shape the future of how organizations are managed and led.

She just recently released a book called Power, for All: How It Really Works and Why It's Everyone's Business

So as you can see, Tiziana is perfect for this episode, and this episode is going to help you figure out where and how to find your power so you can land and thrive in your dream job.
